With 15 years of personal yoga practice and qualifications in both Hatha and Chair Yoga, I’ve learned that yoga is not about being able to touch your toes or get into tricky poses.
It is the most powerful, single practice I know to improve your health and well-being.
Yoga is about a path to deep relaxation, building resilience, and connecting with your body in a way that feels nurturing and empowering.
